Snowmagedeon DC Pictures

DC got a couple feet of snow ever the weekend, causing the entire city to start thinking of clever ways to combine the word “snow” with other – more dramatic – words. Snowmagedeon. Snowpocalyse. snOMG. Snowvechkin. Snowshit. You get the picture.

Anyway, there was a lot of snow, and I decided to document at least a little bit of this to ensure that my little bit of cliche is added to the mix. Check em out!

And some pictures with the colors all played with to give a real snowmagedeon kind of feel.

I love the one of the chairs on your porch…looks like they’re all waiting out in the cold for a party to start.
    Beautiful color-playing, too.

Those are great pictures. I like the ones with the sunrise over the snow (unrecolored). You got up early to play in the snow.

They remind me of the aftermath of the giant snowstorm in Boston in 1978.

You are such an American Paul! A little bit of snow and it’s all snowdays and crisis….try walking in my winter shoes here in Norway and then maybe we’ll talk..

I like the pictures though, I’ll give you that
